Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) has announced the appointment of Modhulika Bose as a Partner in its Competition & Anti-trust practice group.
Prior to joining C&M, Modhulika was a Counsel in the Competition & Anti-trust practice group, at P&A Law Offices. Her arrival strengthens C&M’s market presence in Competition & Anti-trust practice area complementing the firm’s reputation for assisting clients in some of the most high-profile and ground-breaking investigations and merger reviews.
With over 10 years of experience at the bar, Modhulika specialises in Competition law. A graduate from NUJS Kolkata, she focuses on complex enforcement/ litigation and merger control cases and represents and advises clients on a broad range of competition law issues spanning across several sectors, including technology and digital markets.
