Bobby Chandhoke and Sudhir Sharma alongwith 60 lawyers to join DSK Legal after quitting L&L Partners
Following the dissolution of the litigation arm of L&L Partners by Rajiv Luthra – Founder and Managing Partner, Equity Partners Bobby Chandhoke and Sudhir Sharma are said to be leaving the firm along with more than 60 lawyers to join DSK Legal in Delhi, according to sources.
Reportedly, around 60 lawyers, including 21 Partners, have accepted offers to join DSK Legal.
The firm's existing Equity Partners and the heirs of the late Vijay Sondhi had demanded that they be inducted into the equity partnership of the firm.
Rajiv Luthra, Mohit Saraf, Bobby Chandhoke, Sudhir Sharma and Vijay Sondhi, had set up the litigation firm (Luthra & Luthra Law Offices Litigation) on April 1, 2003
After being ousted from the firm, Mohit Saraf moved the Delhi High Court seeking the appointment of an arbitrator to resolve disputes arising out of his share (claimed to be 11.12%) in the litigation firm.
Saraf has recently launched a new firm Saraf & Partners.
