AZB & Partners elevates 15 partners
The promotions became effective from April 1
Law firm AZB & Partners has promoted 15 lawyers to partnership across practice areas and offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. The firm also elevated five lawyers to counsel.
The newly elevated lawyers as Partners in the Mumbai office are Aditya Alok, Shriram Shah and Siddharth Paranjpe (corporate/mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital), Karthik Mudaliar (banking and finance) and Priyanka Shetty and Vivek Shetty (dispute resolution).
The Pune office comprises Alpesh Parekh (real estate).
The Delhi office has Abhijnan Jha and Priyank Ladoia (dispute resolution), Aman Gera (corporate/mergers and acquisitions, fintech and digital), Shivang Sargoch and Shivranjani Ralawata (corporate/mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital), Jatinder Singh Saluja (corporate/mergers and acquisitions, employment, labor and benefits), Pragya Sood (banking and finance, corporate/mergers and acquisitions), and Toshit Shandilya (competition/anti-trust).
The lawyer elevated to Counsel in the Mumbai office is Anusha Jegadeesh (dispute resolution), while the Delhi office has Arjun Uppal (corporate/mergers and acquisitions, fintech and digital), Nipun Sawhney and Shagun Badhwar (corporate/mergers and acquisitions), and Rohan Khare (taxation).
