Associated Alcohols & Breweries Appoints Abhinav Mathur As Compliance Officer
The Board of Directors of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited has approved the appointment of Abhinav Mathur as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Full-time Managerial Personnel), effective January 24.
With around 16 years of post-qualification experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial practices, Abhinav brings extensive expertise to the role. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds qualifications in Law, Finance, and Banking. Additionally, he has earned specialized certifications in Corporate Restructuring, IPO, and NBFC compliances.
Abhinav has previously served as the Head Company Secretary at the Gokul Group, where he managed compliance for both listed and unlisted entities, including Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited, a BSE & NSE listed company. He also held leadership positions at Torrent Power Limited, overseeing secretarial functions for listed and unlisted entities, and independently managed the company secretarial operations at Kopran Limited under the Parijat Group.
The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
