Arun C Mohan joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as ‘Of Counsel’
His expertise lies in infrastructure arbitrations, complex patent litigations, banking, and shareholder disputes
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has hired Arun C Mohan as an ‘Of Counsel’ in the Dispute Resolution Practice in Chennai.
Mohan has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, including arbitration, intellectual property, and insolvency law. He has extensive experience as an arguing counsel on a variety of matters, including infrastructure arbitrations, complex patent litigation, banking disputes, and shareholder disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
A 2008 graduate of the London School of Economics, he has handled film and media-related cases and is a domain expert on social media issues. He has been a regular practitioner in the Madras High Court and appears in various other forums, including the Supreme Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Green Tribunal, and the Competition Commission of India.
On his joining, Pallavi Shroff and Akshay Chudasama, the Managing Partners, at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas said, “We are delighted to have Mohan on board.
