Arindam Basu has joined Poovayya & Co as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Advisory team. He joins from ALMT Legal where he was a Partner.
A 2006 graduate from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Arindam has extensive experience in advising on M&A, PE/VC transactions, foreign investments and strategic collaborations.
Arindam has extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, foreign investments and strategic collaborations.
Arindam is a proficient negotiator with robust legal and analytical abilities, and has overseen and directed numerous significant transactions throughout his professional journey. His expertise spans corporate deals spanning various industries including healthcare, education, technology, media and entertainment, defence, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, FMCG, and more.
