ANM Global Acquires Gautam & Co, Enhancing Its IP Practice
ANM Global has significantly expanded its team and overall IP practice through the acquisition of ‘Gautam & Co,’ an IP boutique firm established by Mr. Gautam Panchal in 2015.
This follows the earlier merger in April 2022 with another IP boutique firm, ‘Literati Juris.’
Mr. Panchal will join ANM Global along with his entire team. With over 21 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters—ranging from advisory and transactions to prosecution, enforcement, and litigation—Mr. Panchal has served clients across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, FMCGs, chemicals, infrastructure, electronics, technology, and startups.
Renowned for his acumen as a litigator, business enabler, and negotiator, Mr. Panchal has represented numerous domestic and multinational companies in civil and criminal courts. His involvement in landmark litigations has earned him recognition as one of the leading IP lawyers in the field.
Additionally, Mr. Panchal serves as an Independent Director on several publicly listed companies, demonstrating his commitment to corporate governance and strategic oversight. His extensive experience will significantly enhance and fortify ANM Global's Intellectual Property practice.
