Amitabh Lal Das has joined Bajaj Auto Limited as General Counsel.
A chief experience officer-level senior corporate leader, with nearly three decades of specialization in General Counsel and related roles, Das has domain expertise across varied sectors and significant horizontal skill sets. These include the allied areas of compliance, regulatory, board affairs and corporate governance, public policy, finance, human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, risk management, and internal assurance.
A 1995 graduate of the University of Delhi, he held a leadership position at Yahoo. Until recently, he was serving as Director, and Head of Legal, Compliance and Regulatory at Max Life Insurance Company Limited.
