Amit Pratap Singh joins DealShare as General Counsel
He was earlier associated with Metro Cash and Carry India
Amit Pratap Singh has joined DealShare, India's fastest-growing social e-commerce player as a general counsel and chief compliance officer.
A regulatory compliance specialist, he has expertise in national and international agreement regulations. He has over 20 years of experience in B2B retail, B2C & B2B e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, NBFC rural, and telecom & banking. Providing legal support to the business community, he has managed compliance programs on ethics, anti-corruption, prevention of fraud, licencing and permits, and high stake civil and criminal litigations.
Commenting on his appointment, Sourjyendu Medda, the founder & chief commercial officer at DealShare said, "We are excited to have Singh on board our leadership team as we plan to scale our business and diversify our offerings. Singh was earlier associated with Metro Cash and Carry India as a general counsel and chief compliance officer.
He graduated in law from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and holds a post-graduate degree in management from the All-India Management Association, CME, New Delhi.
