Alice Molan joins Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne
She was earlier a partner at Walkers
Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has welcomed Alice Molan to its market-leading financial services regulatory practice partnership in Melbourne, Australia.
She will advise clients in the banking, non-bank lending, payments and fintech sectors on Australian and offshore banking regulatory matters alongside partner Charlotte Henry and senior consultant Tony Coburn.
Earlier a partner at Walkers, Molan is relocating to her hometown from Hong Kong. She has also practiced as a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons in Melbourne and Hong Kong.
Carolyn Pugsley, the managing partner for corporate and the regional head of practice for corporate in Australia at HSF commented, "We are delighted to welcome Molan to HSF. She bolsters our banking regulatory capability in Melbourne and brings a deep understanding of the issues and trends facing financial institutions.
