Alexandra Gerungan Joins Indonesian Boutique ADCO as Litigation Head
Alexandra Gerungan Joins Indonesian Boutique ADCO as Litigation Head
Alexandra (Alex) Gerungan has joined the Indonesian legal firm ADCO Law as a partner and head of its litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice after spending more than 17 years at Makarim & Taira S.
With the addition of corporate lawyer Alta Mahandara from Wibowo Hadiwijaya & Co in September, she becomes ADCO's second partner hire in just over a month.
In addition to basic corporate and business concerns, Gerungan has competence in civil litigation, arbitration, employment, debt recovery and restructuring, insurance claims, police and anti-corruption investigations, compliance and internal investigations, and other related areas. At Luhut MP Pangaribuan & Partners, she began her professional journey.
"Our firm's core competencies include litigation and alternative dispute resolution. As a full-service law firm that offers complete legal services, Alex will unquestionably bolster our established litigation practice. Her coming makes us happy, and we are optimistic about the future expansion of the business," according to a press statement from Dendi Adisuryo, partner at ADCO Law, "ADCO Law is thrilled to have Alex as a partner."
Since its launch in 2008, ADCO has grown to 11 attorneys, including three partners.
