Aditya Chatterjee re-joins Keystone Partners as partner
The law firm now has nine partners across its offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru
Delhi-based independent counsel Aditya Chatterjee has re-joined the partnership of Keystone Partners in its Bangalore office. He will continue to practice in Delhi.
On Chatterjee's return to the firm, Pradeep Nayak, the partner at Keystone said, "We are very excited to welcome Chatterjee back to the fold. He is an extremely talented lawyer with excellent advocacy skills. He will be an invaluable addition to the firm's practice in Bengaluru. His experience, particularly in international arbitration and complex commercial disputes is a perfect complement to the firm's key areas of strength."
Chatterjee began his career at Keystone Partners as a litigator in Bangalore and was among the firm's first associates. In 2017, he shifted to AZB & Partners at the New Delhi office. He served on the firm's dispute resolution team, specializing in international commercial arbitration, commercial disputes and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code-related matters. Since 2019, he was practicing as an independent counsel.
A 2012 graduate of the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, he holds an LL.M. in litigation and international dispute resolution from the UC Berkeley – School of Law.
Chatterjee represented clients in disputes across industries including aviation, cargo, railway, FMCG, broadcasting, and hospitality. He appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT and other institutional and ad hoc arbitral tribunals.
