Abhishek Singh Joins S&R Associates As Counsel In Mumbai Office
S&R Associates, a leading law firm, has announced the appointment of Abhishek Singh as Counsel in their Mumbai office. Abhishek brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked 15 years at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) prior to joining S&R Associates.
Abhishek's expertise lies in regulatory matters, including enquiry, adjudication, and enforcement proceedings, as well as transactions and advisory services. During his tenure at SEBI, Abhishek held various key positions, including roles in the Enforcement Department, the Enquiries and Adjudication Department, and as an advisor to SEBI Whole-Time Members.
He is a graduate of the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where he obtained his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree in 2009.
With Abhishek's addition, S&R Associates further strengthens its regulatory practice in Mumbai. The firm, which comprises approximately 130 lawyers, including 39 partners and counsel, offers a wide range of legal services.
