The legal advice was rendered in connection with an underwritten secondary offering of 2.2 million shares of Alta's common stock by an affiliate of B. Riley Financial, Inc. The offering was priced at $16.25 per share.
Alta Equipment Group Inc. possesses and manages one of the most extensive integrated equipment dealership platforms in the United States. Utilising its branch network, the company engages in the sale, rental, and provision of parts and service support for a diverse range of specialised equipment. These equipment categories encompass lift trucks and aerial work platforms, heavy and compact earthmoving equipment, environmental processing equipment, cranes, paving and asphalt equipment, and various other material handling and construction equipment.
