Reed Smith Launches Emerging Technologies Practice To Navigate Legal Complexities Of Innovation
As companies around the world continue to unlock the potential of emerging technologies, Global law firm Reed Smith has officially launched a multi-disciplinary practice group to assist businesses in navigating the legal complexities associated with embracing innovation. The firm’s Emerging Technologies team will aid clients as they introduce new products and services to the market and revolutionize their operations through the adoption of new technology.
With a longstanding reputation as a market leader in advising clients on technology, privacy, and data matters, Reed Smith is consolidating experienced lawyers from various disciplines under the Emerging Technologies umbrella. This initiative focuses on providing comprehensive legal and strategic guidance to clients leading innovation.

The new practice team comprises over 200 Reed Smith lawyers from every region the firm operates in, offering a diverse range of transactional, regulatory, and disputes capabilities. The Emerging Technologies practice assists clients across various legal services, including artificial intelligence, adtech, fintech, banktech, payments, cybersecurity, data governance, data incident and breach response, medtech, digital health, technology transactions and outsourcing, data privacy, and technology and data disputes and investigations.
