They were all partners at Thai law firm Blumenthal Richter & Sumet
Ittinant Suwanjutha, Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, and Siripen Kulworakulpitak have announced the launch of their own law firm, IAS Advisory. Its client base includes multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, high net-worth individuals, and startups.
The three founders have decades of experience operating in Thailand’s complex regulatory frameworks, advising on regulatory changes and legal updates in the full spectrum of practice areas.
Suwanjutha is experienced in assisting foreign investors, real estate developers and energy companies with negotiating and structuring sales, legal due diligence investigations, M&As, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, as well as leasing, development, construction and operations of property in Thailand.
Ngamprasertkul, a dispute resolution expert, has over two decades of experience in court proceedings, including claims and defences in civil, criminal, labour, white-collar crime, shareholder dispute, bankruptcy, taxation, consumer protection and international trade case matters, and arbitration.
Kulworakulpitak has been practicing law for 17 years and is experienced in handling corporate and commercial-related matters, and cross-border M&A deals and transactions. She advises Thai and foreign business leaders on compliance and governance, and risk management when operating in the country’s complex regulatory frameworks.
Commenting on the development, Ngamprasertkul said, “Our aim is to cultivate legal relationships that are based on familiarity and trust, which is the reason so many of our clients return to us for advice in other areas of their life and business.”
