Hiroo Advani becomes the Only Indian member of Dubai International Arbitration Centre
He pioneered the growth of arbitration law and practice in India by founding Advani Law four decades ago
Lawyer and arbitrator Hiroo Advani has been appointed as a member of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in its new court of 13 arbitration practitioners worldwide.
The only Indian member of the Centre, Advani is the founder and chairman of Advani Law LLP.
The other members of the forum include Dr. Michael Pryles AO PBM (President of DIAC Arbitration Court), Erin Miller Rankin (Vice President), Abdulwahid Alulama (Court Member), Professor Albert van den Berg (Court Member), Prof. Emilia Onyema (Court Member), Dr. Hassan Arab (Court Member), Ilya Nikiforov (Court Member), Mohammed Alsuwaidi (Court Member), Ning FEI (Court Member), Dr. Rouven F. Bodenheimer (Court Member), Rupert Reed KC (Court Member), and Wendy Miles KC (Court Member).
