Wotton + Kearney Expands Horizons: Singapore Office To Serve Asia-Pacific Clients
Wotton + Kearney Expands Horizons: Singapore Office to Serve Asia-Pacific Clients
Prominent Australian insurance and risk firm Wotton + Kearney is set to establish its office in Singapore. The new office is slated to open its doors in June.
Ben Nicholson, who will be joining Wotton + Kearney from Kennedys, has been appointed to lead the new office. He will be working alongside Partner Tom Morrison to spearhead the firm’s operations in the region.
Adam Chylek, the head of property, energy, and infrastructure at Wotton + Kearney, expressed the rationale behind this strategic expansion: “All of the significant international insurers and reinsurers have a base in Singapore, and many of them are our established clients. Therefore, it makes perfect sense for us to invest heavily in the region.”
Nicholson brings with him a wealth of expertise in navigating property, energy, engineering, and infrastructure risks across the Asia-Pacific region.
This move marks a significant milestone for Wotton + Kearney, as it represents their 10th venture in the Asia-Pacific region. Moreover, it serves as their inaugural presence in mainland Asia.
