Warshaw Burstein, LLP welcomes Talat Ansari as a Partner
Talat Ansari has joined Warshaw Burstein, LLP as a Partner. Warshaw Burstein, LLP, dates back to 1927 and is a mid-size, full-service midtown Manhattan law firm.
Talat was earlier working as a Partner with Seyfarth Shaw's New York office and was the co-chair of Seyfarth Shaw's International Dispute Resolution Group.
Before joining Seyfarth Shaw, he was working with Kelley Drye & Warren LLP for 33 years where he was a Partner as well as the Chair of India Practice Group.
Talat started his career with JB Dadachanji & Co. in Litigation, Tax and Antitrust. He has practiced law for 45 years. He is admitted to practice law in India and in New York. He has appeared in numerous cases before the Supreme Court of India and before courts in the United States.
Talat focuses his practice on international and domestic litigation and arbitration. He also generates corporate and cross border commercial transactions, and infrastructure projects. Talat also has over 30 years of experience representing foreign industrial, servicing, trading, IT and pharmaceutical companies in U.S. He also advises a large base of U.S. industrial and financial clients who have complex legal issues issues under Indian law.
