Shantanu Jindel and Shweta Gupta join IndusLaw along with team in transaction practice
They were all serving at J Sagar Associates
Shantanu Jindel, along with his team, including principal associate Shweta Gupta, has joined the Gurugram office of IndusLaw.
Jindel's practice covers diverse areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments.
Avimukt Dar, the founding partner at IndusLaw said, "We are delighted to welcome Jindel to the team. His addition helps build our sectoral M&A expertise. He and his team will deepen and widen our existing corporate capabilities. We welcome him to the partnership and wish him all the very best."

Jindel has been representing multinational companies in various cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, outbound investments, joint ventures, technology transfers, and commercial contract issues.
With a special interest in the niche areas of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, he assisted clients in some prominent deals.
A 2010 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. Jindel was a partner at J Sagar Associates. Serving at the firm for over a decade, he was initially a principal associate.
