Simultaneously, Ham will serve as a senior foreign attorney within the firm’s broader corporate practice. His extensive expertise in life sciences law positions him as a valuable asset for advising pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device, and diagnostics companies on transactions related to product development and commercialisation.

In addition to his life sciences expertise, Ham has advised clients in the automotive, technology, and entertainment industries. His experience extends to corporate transactions, particularly Korean corporate investments in the US.
