RHTLaw merges with dispute resolution firm ChangAroth Chambers in Singapore
RHTLaw merges with dispute resolution firm ChangAroth Chambers in Singapore
Anil Changaroth, a seasoned dispute resolution expert in Singapore, has joined regional law firm RHTLaw Asia as a partner, following the merger of his own dispute resolution firm, ChangAroth Chambers, which was established in 2014.
Changaroth expressed optimism for growth opportunities in conflict avoidance and dispute resolution, particularly in collaborative contracting within the building, construction, and infrastructure sectors as projects begin to resume post-Covid.
"In the ASEAN region, sustained economic growth and urbanisation will boost the construction of transport and energy infrastructure as well as urban built environment projects," Changaroth said.
With over 20 years of legal experience, multilingual Changaroth is a skilled conflict avoidance and dispute resolution practitioner with expertise in commercial, civil, and criminal matters. He is an internationally accredited mediator and arbitrator and has represented parties across the Asia-Pacific region.
He focuses on appropriate dispute resolution and corporate advisory work, with a particular emphasis on building, construction, and infrastructure projects. Changaroth has appeared before numerous international arbitration institutions and has been involved in over 400 construction and commercial projects.
