Rafal Wlodarski Joins Osborne Clarke To Lead Energy Transition Practice In Poland

Osborne Clarke Poland has announced that Rafal Wlodarski has joined the firm to lead its Energy Transition practice. With over 15 years of experience, Wlodarski has advised Polish and international energy companies on corporate and regulatory matters, overseeing some of the largest energy projects in Poland.

Wlodarski returns to the legal sector after years of working at the intersection of business and law. In collaboration with MDDP, he will help clients navigate the opportunities arising from Poland’s energy transition.

He will be attending the Solarplaza Summit in Warsaw on March 13, where key industry leaders will discuss revenue strategies for BESS and trends in PV project development in Poland.
