Nick Dealy Joins Facey & Associates As Partner And Head Of Commercial Litigation
Facey & Associates has strengthened its legal team with the appointment of Nick Dealy as Partner and Head of its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Dealy, an esteemed English barrister and Hong Kong solicitor, brings over 20 years of extensive experience to the firm.
Dealy’s notable career includes a partnership at Gall from 2018 to 2021, where he made significant contributions to the firm’s litigation practice. Prior to that, he led the litigation and investigations team for the Asia-Pacific region at UBS, a Swiss investment bank. His expertise spans financial product mis-selling, cybercrime, and regulatory investigations, having worked closely with Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), and Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
In his new role at Facey & Associates, Dealy will focus on handling commercial disputes and contentious regulatory issues. Additionally, he will lead the firm’s contentious employment practice, representing both employers and employees in complex disputes.
Facey & Associates, founded by former Withers Partner Guy Facey, is committed to expanding its capabilities in commercial litigation. With the addition of Dealy, the firm now comprises two partners and two consultants, marking a significant step in its growth and development.
