Kennedys hired Gibson Dunn Capital Markets ex-partner
UK headquartered law firm Kennedys has appointed Robson Lee as a partner in Singapore. Robson is a corporate and capital market expert. He previously spent seven years as a global equity partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.
With almost 30 years of experience, Lee provides advice on a variety of topics, with a strong emphasis on Monetary Authority of Singapore regulations. It includes licensing, securities, banking, insurance, listing on the Singapore Exchange, cross-border M&A and joint ventures, fundraising, and compliance. He worked as a senior attorney at local law firm Shook Lin & Bok before joining Gibson Dunn in 2015.
The number of partners in Kennedys' Singapore office has increased to 15 with this appointment.
