Julie Beeton Joins Hadef & Partners As Senior Consultant In Commercial Team
Hadef & Partners, a leading law firm in the UAE, has announced the appointment of Julie Beeton as a Senior Consultant to its commercial team. With over 20 years of extensive legal experience, Beeton brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate and commercial law, data protection, education, hospitality, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and compliance.
Her impressive career spans across Canada, the United Kingdom, and more than 14 years in the UAE, where she has held various roles, including senior legal counsel and General Counsel. Before joining Hadef & Partners, Beeton was the head of the legal team for the registration authority at the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), where she played a pivotal role in drafting and developing commercial legislation for the financial center.
Beeton's extensive experience in the education sector has equipped her with the expertise to provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to boards and management teams. Her skills encompass drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on data protection, leasing, franchising, and corporate governance.
Her appointment is expected to enhance Hadef & Partners' capabilities in delivering high-quality legal services to its clients in the commercial sector, further solidifying the firm's reputation as a leader in the region.
