Joyce A Tan & Partners Enhances Corporate Practice With New Director Appointments
Singapore-based law firm Joyce A Tan & Partners has bolstered its corporate practice by appointing two new Directors, Wendy Lee (L) and Frederick Tay.
Wendy Lee joins with over 20 years of corporate law experience. Her previous roles include Partner at Shook Lin & Bok, Director at Meyer Legal, and Joint Managing Director of Affinity Law, where she served for nearly 17 years. Lee's expertise encompasses corporate governance, compliance matters, and assisting foreign companies in establishing operations in Singapore.
Frederick Tay specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and life sciences and healthcare practices. His career includes over a decade at GSK, where he served as counsel for digital and privacy matters. Tay brings a comprehensive understanding of both operational and transactional aspects, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
