Global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has enhanced its energy practice in Singapore by appointing Ee Lynn Tan as a Partner. Tan joins HSF from White & Case, where she served as counsel for over eight years.
Ee Lynn Tan brings extensive experience in advising international sponsors, financial institutions, and investors throughout the entire lifecycle of energy projects and investments. Her expertise includes early-stage joint ventures, multi-source project financing, and related M&A transactions, with significant experience across Asia and the Middle East.
"I’m delighted to welcome Ee Lynn to the team to further expand our services on energy transition projects and investments in Asia, particularly from investors in the Middle East," said Anthony Patten, Asia Head of Energy at HSF.
