Grandway Law Offices Expands Hangzhou Office with Five New Partner Hires
Grandway Law Offices' Hangzhou office has brought on board Chen Xuyan, Yang Jie, Ni Jindan, Pan Junhui, and Zhao Xun as partners in a bid to strengthen its local business.
Chen Xuyan and Pan Junhui previously held senior partner positions at Zeda Law Firm, while Yang Jie was a partner at T&C Law Firm. Ni Jindan and Zhao Xun were both previously employed at Grandall Law Firm before joining Grandway Law Offices.
Chen Xuyan specialises in litigation and arbitration, M&A, and restructuring. With her extensive experience in corporate legal counsel, she has a proven track record of successfully handling corporate, partnership, contract, and unfair competition disputes.
Pan Junhui's focus is on complex civil and commercial dispute resolutions. She possesses extensive experience in resolving disputes in areas such as investment and financing, construction work, enforcement objections, and appeals. She specialises in the rules of sham litigation.
Yang Jie has provided advisory services to dozens of companies on IPO matters and has acted as a perennial legal counsel for investment and financing, refinancing, and M&A transactions for many funds and listed companies.
In 2006, Yang Jie began her career as a lawyer at Grandall Law Firm. After a brief period at the investment bank department of GF Securities, she rejoined the external legal profession by joining T&C Law Firm.
Ni Jindan and Zhao Xun possess expertise in IPO, refinancing, M&A, restructuring, investment and financing, and equity incentives. In addition to this, Zhao holds the status of qualified independent director permitted by the SZSE.
