Experienced Project Finance Lawyer Sarah Park Joins K&L Gates in Singapore
Sarah Park, a project finance lawyer, will be joining the Corporate practice of K&L Gates Straits Law LLC, the Singapore office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP. Previously she worked at White & Case LLP. She is expected to start her new role in April 2023 as a partner.
Sarah Park is a well-respected practitioner who offers counsel to sponsors, developers, export agencies, commercial lenders, private equity firms, and global conglomerates on a wide range of matters, including renewables, project development, project financing, corporate, cross-border M&A, and private equity issues.
She has an extensive understanding of the renewable energy, energy transition, infrastructure, oil & gas, and LNG sectors, and has gained experience working across multiple regions including the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
According to Narayanan Sreenivasan S.C., the managing partner of K&L Gates Straits Law LLC, Sarah Park is a versatile lawyer with significant experience in financing and M&A deals, making her a "go-to" lawyer for clients in the energy sector throughout the region.
