Emmanuelle Corcos Joins Stephenson Harwood As Partner In Paris
Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its financial regulatory practice with the appointment of Emmanuelle Corcos as a Partner in its Paris office.
Corcos brings extensive experience in wealth and asset management, private equity, financial services regulation, and fund structuring. She has also developed a specialized practice in regulatory frameworks for remuneration, integrating compliance considerations into clients’ strategic planning. She advises asset management firms, credit institutions, and insurance companies on regulatory compliance, sustainable finance (ESG), and strategic M&A transactions, as well as engagements with French financial authorities (AMF, ACPR) concerning fund structuring, operations, and restructuring.
