Elyn Xing Joins Latham & Watkins As Counsel In Singapore

Latham & Watkins has appointed Elyn Xing as counsel in its Singapore office, enhancing the firm’s expertise in the fund management and investment sectors.

Xing brings extensive experience advising both Asia-based and global clients on diverse investment strategies, including debt, real estate, growth capital, and emerging markets. Her skills encompass private investment funds, co-investment vehicles, and separately managed accounts.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Xing was a partner at Goodwin, where she specialized in private investment vehicles. Her practice included a focus on funds in sectors such as energy and growth capital.

Xing began her career at Simpson Thacher in 2013.
