Dentons Expands Intellectual Property and Technology Practice in New York with Addition of Stephen Yang
Global law major Dentons has recently welcomed Stephen Yang as a Partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice of its New York office. With his deep expertise in patent law, patent litigation, Section 337 investigations, and post-grant proceedings, Yang brings a wealth of experience to serve the firm's clients effectively.
Yang has built a reputation for himself in intellectual property litigation, having successfully represented clients across diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemical manufacturing, electronics, software, computers, and automotive sectors. He possesses comprehensive expertise in handling litigation matters in federal courts and has a proven track record in advocating for clients in Section 337 investigations before the US International Trade Commission. Furthermore, Yang has served as lead counsel in achieving favourable outcomes in inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Yang is highly respected for his expertise in assisting Asian companies as they navigate the complex landscape of the US and international markets while adhering to US legal requirements. His extensive knowledge in coordinating litigations and formulating effective intellectual property strategies across Asia, Europe, and the US has positioned him as a trusted advisor to numerous international clients.
