Dentons has bolstered its Corporate team in Hong Kong by welcoming corporate Lawyer Stephen Chan as a Partner.
With more than two decades of experience, Chan specializes in various corporate transactions, encompassing public and private M&A deals, private equity ventures, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listings, restructurings, takeovers, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), H-share listings, and general compliance issues.

Commenting on his appointment, Stephen Chan said, “I am eager to explore the opportunities this next phase of my career offers, especially as I start collaborating with local and global colleagues to creatively address the complex challenges our clients face.”
