CMS Partner Eleanor Lane Relocates To Dubai To Enhance Middle East Projects Practice
CMS has announced the relocation of partner Eleanor Lane to the firm’s Dubai office, further enhancing its growing Middle East Projects and Maritime practice.
Adrian Bell, CMS Partner and Joint Managing Director for the Middle East and Asia, commented on this transition, stating, “Eleanor is an exceptional legal talent with a reputation for delivering innovative solutions on high-profile and complex projects. Her extensive work with major clients positions her as a leader in her field. Eleanor’s expertise will undoubtedly be a great asset to our Middle East Projects practice, which is already well established in the region. We are thrilled to have her join the team.”
With 20 years of experience, Lane has an impressive track record of advising on complex maritime and infrastructure projects. Her work encompasses public-private partnerships (PFI and NPD), public service concessions, and strategic outsourcing initiatives.
Reflecting on her relocation, Eleanor Lane expressed her enthusiasm: "I am excited to join the team in Dubai and contribute to the ongoing development of our Projects and Maritime offering across the Middle East.
