Clyde & Co Acted on ADMO’s Alpha-Mind Global Lifestyle Vertical Launch
Clyde & Co, the global law firm, has provided legal counsel to ADMO Lifestyle Holding Limited (ADMO) in their joint venture (JV) with Addmind, introducing the innovative global lifestyle vertical, Alpha Mind. This collaboration underscores ADMO’s strategic investment in Addmind, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy.
Alpha Mind, a UAE-based JV company, owns and manages a global portfolio of experiential lifestyle, food and beverage (F&B), and entertainment brands. These iconic brands, created and developed by Addmind, include CLAP, Bar Du Port, ONGAKU, Babylon, Sucre, Alma Bar, and Iris (including the Iris Beach House hotel brand).
ADMO Lifestyle Holding (ADMO) established in 2022 as a JV between Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC and Monterock International Limited, aims to build a collection of leading global high-end lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, and entertainment brands. Their portfolio expansion includes renowned brands such as Nammos Group, CÉ LA VI Group, and Em Sherif, with flagship locations across the globe.
Clyde & Co’s cross-practice and cross-jurisdictional team, led by its Dubai-based partner and Head of Corporate – Middle East, Naji Hawayek and legal director Krishen Patel (corporate, Dubai) provided comprehensive legal support for this landmark deal. They were supported by partners Sara Khoja (employment, Dubai), Rachel Fox (tax, Dubai), and Luis García (corporate, Madrid); senior associate Farhad Shahidi (tax, London); associates James Mann (corporate, Abu Dhabi), Lisa Merod (employment, Dubai), and Marina Arancón (corporate, Madrid); and trainee Urmika Mani (corporate, Dubai).
