Drawing from his extensive tenure of 17 years at Frasers, Gisz offers invaluable counsel to venture capital and private equity funds, institutional investors, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals involved in investment and business ventures in Vietnam.
Additionally, Asia Counsel has formed a strategic partnership with the international firm Kinstellar to extend its reach and enhance its capabilities not only in Vietnam but also across Southeast Asia. This partnership underscores Asia Counsel's commitment to providing comprehensive legal support to clients operating in the region.
