Allen & Overy Expands APAC Funds & Asset Management Presence in Singapore with the Appointment of Tiffany Toh
Allen & Overy (AO) bolsters its APAC funds and Asset Management Practice with the appointment of Tiffany Toh as a partner in Singapore. Toh is slated to join the firm in January 2024.
A dual-qualified New York and Singapore lawyer, Toh is a renowned funds expert with a comprehensive understanding of private fund matters. From fundraising and formation to intricate secondaries, co-investments, internal arrangements, spin-outs, and regulatory compliance, she has navigated the full spectrum for leading sponsors across diverse asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit.
Toh's arrival significantly bolsters A&O's private capital capabilities in APAC, a crucial growth engine for the firm. Her expertise is expected to unlock new opportunities and propel A&O's leadership in this dynamic market.
