Al Tamimi & Company Announces Key Leadership Appointments
Al Tamimi & Company has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Andrew Tarbuck as Head of Corporate Commercial and Euan Lloyd as Head of Construction and Infrastructure. These appointments reflect the firm’s commitment to enhancing its expertise and delivering top-tier legal services across key sectors.
Andrew Tarbuck, Head of Corporate Commercial, brings 28 years of legal experience advising international and regional clients on complex corporate transactions, particularly public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate governance and regulatory matters. Known for his strategic insight, commercial approach, and deep industry knowledge accumulated from practicing in the Middle East, London, and Hong Kong, he will continue to lead the Corporate Commercial team in delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to clients across a range of sectors.
On his new role, Tarbuck shared, “I am honoured to take on this leadership position and look forward to working closely with my colleagues to drive the growth of our practice. Euan Lloyd, Head of Construction and Infrastructure, has significant experience across the GCC and beyond, advising stakeholders on large-scale projects, project finance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. His extensive sector knowledge will be key in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and supporting clients in navigating challenges within a rapidly evolving market.
