Abdulaziz Al-Alami Elevated To Partnership at Squire Patton Boggs
Three officials have been elevated to principal positions across the firm’s international offices
Squire Patton Boggs has announced the promotion of 13 lawyers, including Abdulaziz Al-Alami, as partners.
Speaking on the elevations, Mark Ruehlmann, the Chair, and Global CEO of the law firm remarked, “I congratulate each of these individuals on reaching this well-deserved career milestone. These colleagues bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their respective practice areas and will continue our tradition of providing excellent service to global clients.”
Al-Alami is a corporate practice partner at the Riyadh office. He has vast experience in advising national and foreign entities on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, capital markets and corporate governance.
Qualified and admitted to the bar in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Saudi Arabia, he is also an expert in handling commercial arbitration proceedings in Saudi Arabia. He represented clients before various legal bodies including general and commercial courts, the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes, and the Committees for Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations.
