Habib Al Mulla And Partners Expands Global Footprint With New Office In Russia
Habib Al Mulla and Partners has announced the opening of its office in Moscow, marking a significant milestone as the first Arab law firm to establish a presence in Russia. This expansion follows closely on the heels of its recent office launch in Istanbul, making it the firm's second international office launch within six months.
Renowned for its expertise in regional and international disputes and arbitration matters across diverse sectors, Habib Al Mulla and Partners has also demonstrated considerable legal success in multiple practice areas. The firm's strategic entry into the Russian market underscores its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services on a global scale.
A key aspect of Habib Al Mulla and Partners’ strategy is to cater to Emirati businesses and investments venturing into Russia and beyond. By positioning itself as the first and only UAE legal firm in Russia, the firm aims to gain a competitive edge and become a trusted advisor, thereby expanding its international market share.
The founder of Habib Al Mulla and Partners, Dr. Habib Al Mulla, expressed enthusiasm about the firm's expansion, stating, "Our new presence in Russia takes Habib Al Mulla and Partners to the global scene, making us the first Arab law firm to expand internationally. We are committed to serving outbound investments from the Emirates and our clients with regional and international business interests. We will join them in jurisdictions that they require and work with them to best serve their interests. In line with the UAE leadership’s vision of expanding Emirati companies to global markets, we are proud to be a truly Emirati law firm that is going international."
This development highlights the strong bilateral ties between the UAE and Russia across various business sectors, emphasizing cooperation and synergy, especially in the legal domain. The establishment of the Moscow office opens up abundant opportunities to cater to the growing demand for legal services among clients, particularly in areas such as commercial law, investment law, and dispute resolution.
Moreover, Habib Al Mulla and Partners is committed to facilitating knowledge exchange among local professionals and new recruits through workshops, exchange programs, and training sessions. This initiative aims to positively impact the legal landscape in Russia and the wider Eurasian region.
As the firm ventures into Russia, it remains steadfast in addressing the evolving needs of clients, fostering enduring partnerships founded on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. Collaboration with local enterprises, institutions, and stakeholders will play a pivotal role in realizing this objective.
