Former Weerawong Partner Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt Launches TTT and Partners in Thailand

Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt, a former senior partner at Thai law firm Weerawong C&P, has launched her own law firm, TTT and Partners, after eight years at the firm.

Thammavaranucupt, who specialises in capital markets and corporate governance, led the practice groups for seven years in her stint with the firm.

She has started the new firm with a team of experienced and qualified professionals, as she seeks to embark on a new journey in her legal career.

Thammavaranucupt has extensive expertise in domestic and cross-border capital markets, M&A, and telecommunications, with a particular focus on innovative transaction structures.

Before joining Weerawong C&P, Thammavaranucupt worked at Linklaters where she became a partner in 2006. She also served as a member of the Takeover Panel of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand.

She parted ways with Weerawong C&P on the last day of February 2023.
