Dentons HPRP Advised PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem In Rp600 Billion Bond Listing
The Indonesian firm specializes in installing optical fibre cables and offers B2B internet services
A leading law firm in Indonesia, Dentons HPRP, has assisted the recent bond issuance of PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem for Rp600 billion.
Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) on 05 July, the bonds mark a strategic move for PT Integrasi to finance its expansion plans beyond the jurisdiction of the Directorate General of Railways (Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian) and the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.
The funds will support operational requirements, including essential utilities including point of presence (POP), electrical panel, genset, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and other engineering services.
Dentons HPRP counseled PT Integrasi throughout the process, encompassing collaboration with underwriters and professionals, liaison with regulatory bodies, preparation of transactional documents, and offering comprehensive legal advice to ensure the transaction’s seamless execution.
The Dentons HPRP’s capital markets team was led by Partners Erwin Kurnia Winenda and Rio Febrianus Pasaribu. They were supported by Senior Associate Rafi Andiandra Wardhana and Associates Raisha P. Diamar and Yabunaya Salsabila Yuniar.
