Dentons and PJS Law Forge Strategic Alliance in the Philippines to Serve ASEAN Clients
Dentons has officially combined forces with the Philippine law firm, PJS Law, as previously disclosed. This strategic move positions the newly unified firm to serve clients across six ASEAN countries, collectively representing 83% of the entire GDP within the ASEAN region. The firm operates in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.
This strategic collaboration empowers the combined firm to assist clients in expanding, safeguarding, managing and financing their organisations not only within the Philippines but also across 160 locations in over 80 countries worldwide.
The collaboration between these two firms stems from a longstanding relationship, driven by a shared commitment to assisting clients in navigating future challenges and capitalising on opportunities both in the Philippines and globally. Dentons’ polycentric approach enables it to be simultaneously globally connected and locally attuned in every location. Consequently, PJS Law will maintain autonomy over its operations, finances, and office leadership.
