Trowers & Hamlins Advised Core42 (Formerly Injazat Data Systems) on Securing Loan Facility
Trowers & Hamlins Advised Core42 (Formerly Injazat Data Systems) on Securing Loan Facility
International law firm Trowers & Hamlins successfully acted as legal counsel for Core42 (formerly Injazat Data Systems) in securing a secured term loan facility from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC.
Core42 is a prominent provider of digital transformation solutions, offering a comprehensive range of technologies that empower businesses and governments to implement Enterprise AI and national-scale AI programmes.
Trowers' role in the transaction, completed on February 21, 2024, focused on the banking aspects. Their team reviewed and negotiated the loan agreements and provided crucial legal opinions.
The team at Trowers & Hamlins comprised Elias Moubarak (Partner), Nicol Ong (Partner), Phoebe Lim (Associate), Rashi Jain (Associate), and Molly Robertson (Trainee Solicitor).
"It was a pleasure for the team and me to advise recognised industry leader lnjazat, under the Core42 brand, on securing this strategically important loan facility,” said Partner Nicol Ong. “This loan will help the organisation continue its work leveraging technologies and delivering AI solutions. We look forward to working with them again soon."
