Unique Logistics Holdings Limited, a renowned global logistics and freight forwarding firm, received proficient representation from Squire Patton Boggs and Numen Law Offices during its acquisition of share capital by Unique Logistics International, Inc.
The parent company, based in the US, purchased the shareholding of Unique Logistics International (India) Private Limited, which was held by the seller entity and its subsidiary company. The successful execution of this transaction demonstrates the expertise and capabilities of the legal team involved.
As part of a larger and intricate international acquisition, the US entity acquired 10 of its subsidiary companies located in China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom for a total consideration of US $22,500,000.
Leading the team at Squire Patton Boggs were Nick Chan, partner, and Bryan Chan, while the Numen Law Offices team was headed by partner Arush Khanna, who received support from Muskaan Ahuja and Muskan Maheshwari.
