Multinational law firm Sidley Austin has represented the book-running lead managers (BRLMs) on US $150 million initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares by Ajax Engineering Limited.

Ajax is a leading concrete equipment manufacturer with a comprehensive range of equipment, services, and solutions.

The deal team was led by Partners Manoj Bhargava and Sam Gandhi (Capital Markets), Partners Daniel A O’Shea and Carla G Teodoro, Managing Associates Harekrishna Ashar, Edward Lee, Alvin Wang, and Associate Valerie Ching, and Dhanush Dinesh (Capital Markets).
