Sheppard Mullin’s Private Equity team advised Alphabroder, a top supplier of trade, retail, and branded imprintable products, in its sale to S&S Activewear, a portfolio company of Clayton Dubilier & Rice.
alphabroder, headquartered in Trevose, Pennsylvania, is renowned for its supply chain solutions in North America, catering to uniforms, corporate apparel, promotional products, and athletics.
Under the ownership of Littlejohn & Co., alphabroder has seen significant growth and operational transformation. This includes completing six add-on acquisitions, doubling its revenue, tripling its earnings, enhancing digital capabilities, and broadening its product range to include hard goods and branded apparel.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team leading the transaction comprises Private Equity Partner Shon Glusky, along with Partners Leo Caseria, David D’Amour, and Niya Tang, Special Counsel Matt Silverstein and Carol Archer, and Associates Brett Uslaner and Joseph Antel.
