Paul Hastings Advised On Autostreets Development Ltd.'s Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing
Paul Hastings LLP played a pivotal role in advising CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Haitong International Capital Limited, serving as the joint sponsors, along with CLSA Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited, as the overall coordinators, and other underwriters, in the global offering and subsequent listing of Autostreets Development Limited (Autostreets) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2443.HK).
Autostreets holds the distinction of being China’s largest used vehicle transaction service provider based on transaction volume in 2022. Acting as an intermediary between used vehicle buyers and sellers, Autostreets facilitates transactions through its innovative transaction platform, offering two auction formats: online-offline integrated auction and online auction.
The leadership of Paul Hastings was instrumental in this endeavor, with founding partner and chair of Greater China, Raymond Li, Partners Peter Cheng and Steven Hsu spearheading the team.
The team also included Associates Berton Wang and You Wei, as well as Legal Managers Flora Huang, Zhenfang Ma, and Dong Yuan, and China Associate Jingyi Cao.
