Paul Hastings Advised On $850 Million Senior Notes Offering By Helios Towers
Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Merrill Lynch International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Absa Bank Limited, Jefferies International Limited, and First Rand Bank Limited in connection with the successful offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2029 by Helios Towers, Ltd.
The firm also advised the lead banks on a related tender offer to repurchase all outstanding U.S.$650,022,000 7.000% senior notes due 2025 issued by the company.
HTA Group, Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Helios Towers plc, is a leading independent telecommunications tower infrastructure company with operations in countries including Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazzaville), Ghana, South Africa, Senegal, and Oman. Helios Towers plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
